Great car buying experience

We had a great car buying experience @ Hot Spot Autos. Bill was looking after us and made this a blast.

At first we took our time looking at the different vehicles ourselves - no pushy salesman around. Once we needed some help Bill was there right away - friendly and customer oriented even though it was already 06:00pm.

We let him know which vehicle we like, but what makes us hesitant from buying the car. He addressed our issues and put it straight which once he can fix and which one he can't. We felt treated honest, negotiated a deal and placed a down payment.

A week later we came to the yard again - all agreed issues were resolved - and even a little bit more.

Thank you for your help Bill. We enjoy every day driving our new car and will certainly come back to you when we will buy another vehicle.

Very happy with the vehicle and the price

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Hot Spot at Greystanes and we are very happy with the vehicle and the price. Salesman Derek was very helpful and obliging and left us alone to closely inspect the vehicle, log books and take measurements. He was not pushy or trying to BS us about the car and answered all our questions. If he wasn't sure about something he said so. We were able able to quickly agree on a fair price without the usual BS and put down a holding deposit but asked Derek to follow up one particular issue about the car he was not certain of. Prior to picking up the car Bill who is the owner phoned me to provide me with an answer to the question we had raised and offered to refund the holding deposit, before we even asked, if we were not happy with proceeding with the purchase. our quest. So very happy with the service and the car.
